3. WALL PREPARATION

Clients are responsible for ensuring that walls are in proper condition prior to installation.

Walls must be:

  • Clean

  • Smooth

  • Dry

  • Free of dust, grease, or debris

Additional charges may apply if wall preparation, repairs, or wallpaper removal are required.

4. Materials

Clients are responsible for purchasing the wallpaper unless otherwise specified. SJ CoverUp Wallpaper is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Printing inconsistencies

  • Color variations

  • Shipping damage

Any defective material must be resolved directly with the supplier.

5. Scheduling

Installation dates are scheduled based on availability and once all materials have been received.

Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:

  • A deposit may be required to secure the installation date

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

7. Liability

SJ CoverUp Wallpaper is not responsible for structural issues, hidden wall damage, or pre-existing wall conditions that affect installation quality.

Our responsibility is limited to the installation service provided.
